Katong Diner Special Projects pyjamas-utility overshirt is made of Tencel and organic cotton. The overshirt is cut in two variations; Tencel twill (rose dust) and Tencel linen (khaki green). The Tencel has a soft fluid drape with a matte finish. The overshirt is styled with two patch pockets at the chest; two invisible seam patch pockets at the lower front; and one hidden patch pocket on inner front. It features a contrast black and white hand block-printed-spot sleeves made by employing traditional hand block and dyeing techniques. The collar and centre-front is accentuated by bias piping, while the seams are characterised by contrast topstitching. Like cotton, Tencel is made from plant materials, however, requires less energy, water and a lot less dye than cotton. This article comes in a limited edition of 2 pieces and is handmade by the team at WOODS & WOODS in Singapore.
